QHSE Software Limited was formed in late 2005.

The people behind QHSE Software include professionals with over 30 years' experience in QHSE and software development. Their experiences cover many industries including telecommunications, retail, oil & gas.

In 2008, due to expansion, QHSE Software moved to larger premises.
